In your one on one session you will receive a healing meditation,  infused with Reiki, healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and  other potent modalities used to deliver you with a feeling of calm and ease. 

 

The beginning of our session begins with a herbal tea set with an intention. You will relax with all your senses being indulged with essential oils, soft sounds of singing bowls and other instruments as well as  crystal gridding to help you feel clearer within yourself to get you flowing freer energetically.

Longer sessions include intuitive coaching and soul readings which incorporates a mix of astrology, human design, tarot, oracle cards as well as my own dream magic infused into your session as well as organic dark chocolates and other refreshments.

Every session incorporates a mantra that is written just for you with an intention candle to use to ignite and manifest with after our session.
